This will be a year of letting go for me. Not letting go of 10 or 20 pounds. Not letting go of any vice. I have not made any traditional kinds of resolutions. But a resolution I have made just the same.

You know when it is time to let go.  It might be of a relationship, a person who no longer cares or never did, a thing, a habit, a regret, a dream, an obsession….. perhaps it is time for you to let go too.
